NL CENTRAL Top Pop Up Prospects (2021) - CHC, MIL, STL, PIT, CIN

I'll be running through each team, showcasing the top ten Pop Up Prospects according to the System. I made a couple updates to the formulas that I should note:

• I've rounded scores to the nearest "5"
• I've reduced the effect of the age adjustment
• I added an adjustment for statistical significance - generally players with less than 200 ABs were discounted. 
• I tweaked the weighting system on the TOT score to emphasize BAT and PWR more than GAP and RUN

I'll probably continue adjusting the formulas for the next couple months. I'll eventually go back and update the top 10's for all teams, but this is the first Top 10 list that reflects these changes. .
